Return & Refund Policy — Fix My Tech Solutions

Return Window:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be

unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging

with all accessories and tags.

Refurbished Products:

All refurbished devices are tested and graded before dispatch, with clear

condition labeling. They are covered under the warranty stated on the product page.

Return Cost:

- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect: return shipping is FREE

  (we arrange pickup or reimburse shipping).

- For change-of-mind returns: customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to

the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

Consumable accessories (e.g. earbuds tips), items without original packaging, or

items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
