At Fix My Tech Solutions, we ensure safe and timely delivery of all refurbished products across India.

Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Remote locations may take additional time.

Delivery Timeline

- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000

- A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies on orders below ₹5,000

Packaging

All refurbished products are carefully packed with bubble wrap and protective material to prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at support@fixmytech.shop. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
